Catarina Macario’s second goal and Lyon’s third came as she tackled Paris St-Germain goalkeeper Barbora Votikova meters from her own goal line.

Lyon took advantage of Paris St-Germain goalkeeper Barbora Votikova’s mistakes to win the first leg of the Women’s Champions League semi-final.

PSG took the lead with an early goal from Marie-Antoinette Katoto, but Lyon equalized with a Wendie Renard penalty after Votikova brought down Melvine Malard.

Catarina Macario then scored twice with the two goals coming from errors by Votikova.

But PSG took a penalty from Paulina Dudek. The second leg will be played in Paris on Saturday.
